Crank up the shop heat for a day (reduce relative humidity, gets moisture out of finish more quickly) and respray. Can get a retarder to slow the lacquer drying and reduce the chances of this happening in the future.

Edit to add... clean the spot first, obviously. Only need a light coat over the affected area. Try less intrusive suggestions first.
