Texas/New Mexico Stateline | Most important thing is after you tell it to "upload" and select the picture WAIT until you see the picture show up before clicking "I am finished".
Using a phone or slow connection it may take several seconds to upload completely. This I think is why there are so many threads with people having trouble posting pictures.
