We will only get the second payment if we all vote for Republicans in the mid terms. If the Democrats win, I bet we dont get the second payment.
Congress has nothing to do with these payments. It's all coming out of discretionary funds that Donnie controls. The administration is simply shifting $ around. That being said, if the democrats take control of congress Donnie could well be butthurt enough that he doesn't okay the second payment. |
