for the farmer side of this, consider them lucky they are only gonna lose whats probably gone already.
if this was 30-45 days from now and elevator was full. more then likely would only get pennies on the dollars owed, and or nothing because they will be the low men on the totem pole for reimbursement. especially if they are short grain now from the books.
