You're basically saying that straight regression lines show price action when it's actually a log curve. What would your line say the price of beans would be if carryout was zero? I'm guessing around $16.


Beans are $8.30 because the buyers in the market think there is value at 8.30. That's the reason. The only reason that matters. They do not believe there's value at 8.31.
