Some of the ignorance on us farmers part is the lack of transparency all along the transportation,middleman , end user marketing chain of events. I don't get a monthly report on true cost of handling grain and money. We farmers do that much on our way to get to work. Sweep bins,haul,screw with bankers,elevators so on ad nauseam
