Spent more hours of my life power washing barns than I care to remember. You want to have a hot water unit. 4000 psi is good, 4-5 gal per minute is ok. If you have a washer with higher gpm, make sure your water supply is adequate.
I didn't like hot water in the finisher buildings. Too much steam and you couldn't see what you were doing. Mine is a 2800#/10 gallon per minute run by a 24 hp. Honda. To figure cleaning power multiply pressure by gal./min. Very hi pressure will erode concrete. |
