I would think something's not right if you have to run 45 min on time out.  I think I have my turkey feeders on 10 or 15 min, and it can be frustrating when they time out for no apparent reason, but there always has to be a reason, just need to find it.

I feel your pain, at least it's not to the ceiling yet.
