south west iowa | Why do you have to put the tank under ground? We have 2 12000 gal up right tanks and just use a 2" 3HP transfer pump to load the feed wagon. Aren't you from KS? Think we are colder up here than you are. And we have never had tank freeze up. Have had to put a LP heater in front of the 2" valve for about 5 min. 3 maybe 4 times a year. And then we just drain the pump and houses at night. | |
