ESW ND | Up here it's major lack of moisture. Dug post holes 5' deep last week in a low "wet" area and it's powder all the way down. Couldn't even clean the hole out with the auger. I made a special tool to hand clean it. If we got the secondary moisture I'd try lots of that type of planting. You can make lots of mistakes work out when you have the moisture. You can also put everything down known to man and if you don't get the rain...you won't get dittly squat. I'm glad you guys who are in the wetter areas are able to do this or get real double cash crops. You are lucky for that. | |
