I would recommend that you swing over to Rough & Tumble in Kinzers for the 70th Anniversary of the Threshermen's Reunion http://www.roughandtumble.org This is one of the best steam engine shows in the nation. From the New Holland Sales Barn you are only 15 minutes away.
If you take New Holland Road to Kinzers, you'll pass a neat Knife Shop called Country Knives https://www.countryknives.com
If you're not familiar with the Lancaster Farming newspaper, you may want to pick up a copy and check it out.
