Mostly looks good to me but am wondering what happens when the original trailer chassis needs to pivot/twist in the middle when on uneven ground. Is there some way your new frame will flex also. Jack up one front wheel and the opposite side rear wheel and see what happens. Also wondering how it will react with minimal panel load versus a full load of panels. Hopefully you've got this all figured out and I'm just not seeing it. Should be a great way to haul and store portable panels.
