Understand completely. We wrapped up some rank Sudan Friday late, it had sat through basically 2 hot days and could have been dryer ideally. 55 inch bales were too heavy, knocked it down to 50, and that worked. Stuff like you showed though, just get a little wilt on it and wrap it. It will make great dry hay if you have to do it that way
