Subject: Straw Bales

Northern MN

I have been talking to a neighbor about baling some straw on my land for himself and for me. If he bales the straw with his tractor, baler, twine, etc. But its my straw... what is fair? If he bales 2, he gets one and I get the other? I just want it to be fair for the both of us. Thanks!
