Subject: Chopping corn early

WCWI
Seen a post a couple weeks ago about people chopping corn early. Thinking about doing that and wanted to know when a guy should be in the safe zone as far as nitrates are concerned. The corn has an ear and pretty well through or past pollination. Corn looks good, some wet spots are shorter and yellow. Will only chop a round or two per day on a 1 acre field where I put my bag.
