3rd year into my barns also.
I’d just go with a skid steer. Doesn’t have to be fancy. I bought a 4K hour case 75xt. No cab, nothing special. Get a good 3M full faced respirator and get to pushing. I’ve got 2 barns 50’X400’ and can have both barns windrowed in a morning.
I level it out with the skid steer also. That takes the better part of a day.

We only pile litter if we are empty for more than 10 days.

I top dress between turns. Shavings are $1100 a truck load here.
