Texas
Yes, we have used Fly Predators a few times with varying degrees of success.

It has been a few years so my memory may be a little foggy, but if I get it wrong my dad will probably read my post and post a correction.

A feedlot that was feeding cattle for us in Texas was using the Fly Predators and had almost no fly problem. Dad was so impressed that he decided to try them.

We used them is Texas on a routine basis for about a year and found them to be very helpful. We tried them in Missouri, but either did not buy enough, started too late, or did not use them frequently enough, so there we failed to see a significant difference. For us, they seemed to work best in a dry climate.

I think we quit using them due to cost, but we would not hesitate to try them again if we felt like we needed additional fly control.
