Can you mow the pasture. You need to get weeds under control don’t let them go to seed. I’ve been spraying some 2-4d as well late in fall to try to get better control of next years weeds. Atv sprayer work well.

You should be able to feed the cattle some grain and red clover to reseed pastures. I’m spoiled and have flat fields that are class 1 land we pasture cows on for good rotation with our seed potato production but I do have odd piece marginal land and feeding cows clover seed seem to work good. Takes couple years to see the affect.
