Atlantic, Iowa | Our pump quit working tonight during chores. Switched rations and called dealer who should have parts. I took the cover off under the motor and I see that the top bearing is about out. The reason the pump quit is because the main drive shaft slid downnout of the coupler.
The owner's manual that came with the pump is not for the pump I have so I don't know what all is in there. Anyone know what is in the bottom end of one of these pumps that would allow the shaft to slide down out of the coupler? Any help appreciated.
