Cullom, Illinois | I thought I’d try the Synovex One feedlot implant this year to see how they worked. Implanting once instead of twice would be nice. And implanting 1000# steers isn’t the funnest job I’ve ever had. Trouble is, the implants won’t go through the SX10 gun. It just wants to crush the pellet into the needle. I can slide the implant out with my knife easily so that’s not the problem. Tried several different wheels but they all did the same. Had a Synovex Choice implant from last year. Tried it and everything worked fine. Must be this new implant. It seems soft. Anyone run into these issues? I’ll call the rep Monday. | |
