NC Ohio | Any contractor that does commercial roofing will either be able to make you some or have a good source for some. very common on commercial building to use a 8" box gutter.
You might also be able to use a standard box gutter from a pre engineered metal building supplier, NUCOR, Metalic, ect.
Per my chart you should be able to take 160sf or roof area per 1 square inch of downspout.
With an 8x8 box gutter and 4x5 downspout your downspout spacing would be 75' on a 40' wide building with a 6"/hr rain event per another chart
