I can't believe it is that hard to do in a JD baler can't you get any slack in the belts? I changed mine in a vermeer a few days ago the pins where broke into pieces just like yours and it was easy to do get a bunch of slack and push the old pieces out with the new pin. Twist and turn them when you can . Simple
