West of Lincoln a little bit | I don't plan to sell my land, so it's value on paper doesn't matter, the equity on my balance sheet can handle it because debt is low. maybe if it drops I'll pay fewer taxes in this tax-me state and maybe rents will come down. Equipment is already down, that's been happening a while. I'm not happy about the markets, but things could adjust in line with them. It's all relative. A long term trade issue may even get seed prices to come down someday, who knows.
