That could be when you know what hits the fan. Well, it’s pretty obvious. If you don’t look in the mirror and tell the guy looking back at you to do something about it, then it’s prolly gonna be pretty rough. Farmers need to make adjustments in times like these, and in the past they did. But for some reason unbeknownst to me, nowadays they are reluctant or unwilling to back off on the nosebleed rents. Until that happens, which here in Iowa is just six weeks away for the one year rental agreements, and if you won’t adjust accordingly, it’s gonna hurt.
