I think the attitude of the farmer needs to change. The last three years corn can be bought on the board in July- sep maybe December for way less than I can raise it. We feed our own and buy some from neighbors for our feedlot, why the heck would I trip over every one buying land way over cost of production when I can buy two years worth of silage now for less than I could even fathom raising it for?? | |
