EC SoDak | Probably some of the good looking corn around here this year. But, planting was very delayed around these parts. I think this field was planted May 15ish and one of the first. I normally start corn April 15-20ish. Normally tassels would be starting to shoot by now for me. About 5 minutes ago I seen my first tassels in the area and that likely very short day corn he likes to do.
None the less, my area is all over the board this year. I seen this 10 miles north of me about an hour ago. I haven’t had a chance to do much driving around yet, busy busy. My 15 day forecast looks perfect with mid 80s for highs and mid 60s mostly for lows. Should be a good crop for me.
