S MN | Winning to me doesn't mean china buys the same amount as we bought from china. Any moron could figure that out if they open to page 1 of macro economics book. Some counties have absolute advantages, and some have competitive advantages. Winning would be getting fair treatment when businesses hope to expand into the Chinese market, on things such as seed technology, phone, computer, military technology. Before any US companies come into China, they have to say okay here is how we built the phone, with this software, using this design. Why would a company give away their secrets just so China can take them, give them to a company of theirs and start selling that same phone as a different company?
Just because trump says we wants to end the trade deficit doesn't mean it will actually happen. That doesn't make any sense. Trade deficits are not bad. Seriously read a economic book. | |
