I am not the one arguing it’s a handout. If you cash rent geound, all this stuff is built in to the bid and you are paying cash to the landlord for the right to the benefits. One could argue that when you buy geound the government program is built into the price also. In my opinion the argument that these are hand outs is ludicrous.
