Is it possible that all of this was a bluff. Trump will claim a win but in reality there will be little substance to these deals. And the beat will go on. Chinese business confirmed today Trump has ordered American flags to be made for his 2020 election campaign. Guess he expects the Tariffs to be settled by then.
