NE IN
You had prevent plant?? I thought the latest report from usda said things went so well in Minnesota that guys decided to plant more corn than originally intended. Gosh I figured that -.55 basis level looked so good everybody jumped. Here in Indiana, with positive basis levels and the best planting season we've ever seen, we all decided to only plant what we intended. Hmm, strange. I will say our county had as good looking beans as anywhere until a week ago. 4.5 inches rain has really hurt them. Agronomast stopped today and said he's really disappointed in the beans. We have time to get back on track but I doubt were gonna have our best bean year. I've seen some counties that do some heavy lifting and they have had a lot of water damage. Gotta A long way till harvest and this super duper crop really only has one way to go and that's down if mother nature don't play fair.
