However, while the US Farmer is being offered on the alter.. Scott PRUITT is HANDING out ILLEGAL WAIVERS at the EPA to his CRONIES including CARL ICAHN to the Tune of BILLIONS for people who are ALREADY MAKING BILLIONS?!?
