SW WI | I was reading a commentary that was looking at 4th quarter production and slaughter. We will set records but slaughter capacity should keep up. Just had to shake my head when the author commented that “increased slaughter capacity has not resulted in increased competition ( and higher prices to producers) to source supply”.
He seemed a little dismayed....I was not. | |
