With a government help "solution" by the time a producer fills out paperwork and goes through all the hoops it will be 1 year from now by the time the money comes.  For some it will be too late.  Financial stress is occurring now and many lenders will not hold out for a government bail out on these producers.  A perfect storm of crap is happening and this winter might be the final straw.  Guys have been preaching about "80s like" situation, there ideas might be coming true after all.
