| Only problem I see is the land these bins are built on is still owned by the current owner. If this said land comes up for sale the new owner would own the land below your bin. You would have to have esement or be forced to move the bins. I would be alot more happy to buy the bins and the land they sit on. If you can allways build a bin for not a whole lot more money on your farm without the worries. I have heard a few stories of guys buying houses but not the land the house sits on. Only later to be given eviction notices on their own house and forced to sell house or move house. Either way the land owner wins. Trust is major factor in your decision. | |
