George sounds like a guy who enjoys being taken advantage of. An analogy is if you are your equipment dealers best customer and you found out he was charging you more than the rest of his customers for parts, service, and new equipment, HOW LONG WOULD YOU TAKE IT? Sounds like George would take it long time.
