EC Nebraska
I have a college friend of mine who's great grandfather was farming near Peoria Illinois and moved to Central Nebraska in 1914 because he could change 3 acres of ground for one in Illinois. He talks about to me about it every time I see him. yes it's tougher here and we got spoiled the last five years. we've had five years of excessively wet Summers and dry land corn making over 200 bushels maybe it's just our turn to burn up this year and go back to the long-term normal of hot dry
