Glad there are some dissenting opinions on here. Almost started to sound like a sausage fest. Again I state there are agencies and departments to handle these disputes. Why promote what this narcissus wants on his selfless agenda. Bring back jobs here manifesto? 85% of industry claims deficiency in workforce. I think they better get a new mantra.
