Subject: Explain to me how the Chinese tariff on beans and other us Imports actually works.

SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass!

All Chinese purchases I made by a state-run agency. Therefore when China puts a tariff on Imports it doesn't make a damn bit of difference the same guy that's paying for the crops collects the Tariffs so there is no real net change in price to the purchaser of the products. What have I got wrong on this?
