When you are on here, can you get logged on and stay logged on for multiple messages. Or is is -every single- message? Does it reset when you close and then reopen the browser, or?
There are many security settings that will clear out browser settings/ cookies every time you exit the browser or shut down the machine. Of late both the operating system updates and any antivirus program will change the security settings to be more aggressive when they update themselves.
You/ we can find it, if we get a few more details on what you are using.
It's going to be a very simple check box; as we all know, finding where that checkbox is located in the 100s of pages of settings is the hard part. :)
