I had a carpet/wick applicator years ago. Drum turned by hyd moterand lapped the ru on the Dogbane as long as it was taller than the sb.
Worked ok as long as field was level so the ru wouldn’t run to one end and drip on the sb.
This is a slick use of an old idea.
