| I have arthritic hip that needs to be replaced after the growing season......might get it done sooner. For the inflammation & pain I take diclofenac when needed and try to stretch when possible. Tried celebrex but it did nothing for me. Have not tried steroid injections at hip site but might do so to see what it can do. Losing a little weight in my case would help as well. As they say every little bit helps. Arthritic joints are a bummer as one can't do the things they feel they should do. At the moment can't carry the grandkids as it puts a lot of stress on the hip and makes my balance wonky. | |
