Harbor Freight stuff varies in quality. I have been using one of their manual hose reels for eight years now. Swivel is still as good as the day it was new. I've heard of some high dollar ones that leak from day one. You also owe it to yourself to pick up a couple of their tire inflater / gauge devices. Best $5 I've ever spent.

If you're not using the tools every day and are comfortable with less than Snap-On, their better wrenches and sockets are decent. If you watch for sales on branded stuff from other tool houses though, prices aren't all that far from HF good stuff.

Like Wilson, I've found germination to be poor on all wrenches. Seed cost is the only major difference in that respect Yell
