This is the first "big" rain we have had in over a year so it makes me think that the trend is changing. We had nearly 8 years of excess rainfall and we were complaining about the mud and flooded land. Last year the taps turned off and things gradually dried out. Low snowfall, and barely any rain had us worried. Now, close to 2 inches in one event, thats enough to give everybody hope. |
