Bremen, KS | 100.2 here and even early this morning one could find plenty of the earliest planted corn rolling its leaves.
Any creeks that are running are running clear which means they're being fed by springs as there has been almost no surface runoff for a year.
May 26 and it hits 100? This is nuts!
We're going to be in dire straights if this drought keeps up much longer. I guess my get rich quick on crop insurance scheme is in progress...
