SW WI | You’ve referenced LA Crosse, I’m about 15 miles east of there. If you would take hwy 33 out of there you will be running on a very curvy ridge top hwy. Follow it east will take you to Cashton, you’ll drop into a valley there and eventually go into Wildcat State park. Through there it is a lot of S turns, probably be lucky to average 30 mph.
I know that road well, took it many times when our kids were in high school playing sports. If you make it to Hillsboro, I recommend a meal at Beezers or Hillsboro brew pub. Can’t go wrong with either. | |
