When I read the links provided in that post, I first saw that the man was listed as not injured, then the concern went to the release of the slurry. I guess I didn't see a problem. No fatality or injuries, so what else were they supposed to print about him?
Since the dozer operator was fine, the slurry would naturally take over the coverage as the new concern.
