Found this in a field way off by its self. No one close by.
I found one in one of our North Dakota pot hole cat tail sloughs. The date on it told me it had lain there for 18 years. The plastic return bag was so weathered that it shattered like glass when moved. The electronics were a corroded ruin. I did not bother to send it back.
Help! Am lost. What is it??
