The way I read the packet is that cash rent landlords are only eligible if the rent is varied according to the crop yield. Otherwise crop share landlords are eligible.. I haven't checked into their data demands and I kind of doubt for the small scale of my farm that the total payment will be so small it would pay me a penny an hour for digging up the data.
