Back in the dark ages (very early '70's) I used to do a little "tire destruction" there (NEITA Raceway in Cedar Falls).
Back then, you could just show up on Sunday morning, register, pay the fee, and run. There were rules for different classes, but I don't remember them, and am sure they've changed some. Very relaxed rules for street stock.
When you're going through Osage, maybe stop and talk to Paul at Paul's Plumbing and Heating, on the south side of 9, on the east end of town.
Last I knew, he ran on the strip. He might be able to fill you in or steer you to the "answer place". | |
