NE IN | Just as I implied, it's my opinion. I may be wrong. My experience is, they lie directly to your face, their lawyers draft contracts that take away every last right you have plus it silences you from speaking out against anything, it states in the contract that anything and everything their paid representatives told you will be completely invalid and they are not responsible to any guarantee or promise made by them, the list goes on. To much to type, been thru it already. I love my land and farming, so that's why I don't like these companies. I know I won't be taking any of it with me. No big deal if you aren't married to your land like me, just be smart and cautious how you approach this. | |
